- Uber / Lyft: Use Gate A, B, or Cand follow the lot attendants’ directions to the drop-off area in Lot 9. Pickup will be in the same location as drop off, except for the following:
- šØ If the Spurs are in the NBA Finals, pickup on 6/13 after 6 PM will be in Lot 5.
- VIA Bus 24 from downtown drops off on E Houston St in front of the Coliseum.

Entry Location
Registration is located in Expo Hall 2 (see Event Entry on event map).
Security Screening
- All guests pass through metal detectors.
- Review the bag policy and prohibited items in the FAQs.
Cosplay Prop Check
- Located at the Security Tent near Registration.
- All props must be inspected and tagged.
- See Cosplay Guidelines for allowed materials.
- Visit the Conculture Podcast Booth L108 to enter the Cosplay Contest.
Badges & Wristbands
- Every guest must present a badge and wristband for entry.
- Have your QR code ready for fast check-in.

- VIP entry is 15-30 minutes early each day.
- Look for VIP check-in lines at registration.
VIP swag bag vouchers can be redeemed in the VIP Lounge (Expo Hall 2).

- The Freeman Coliseum is fully ADA-compliant.
- Guests with accessibility needs may request an ADA wristband at Registration in Expo Hall 2 or the Information desk in Expo Hall 1.
- This optional wristband allows entry through VIP or priority lines for photo ops, autographs, and theater seating.
- One companion may accompany each ADA guest through these lines.
- Accessible parking in Lot 9.

- A photo op ticket does not include admission to Spacecon.
āļø Autographs & Selfies
- Purchase autographs in advance while available.
- Selfies, when available, will be added to each celebrityās autograph table options closer to the show.
- Some celebrities offer premium autographs (for Funko Pops, collectibles, etc.).
- Each autograph includes a complimentary 8Ć10 photo if you donāt bring your own.
- Arrive no earlier than 20 minutes before your session.
- Autographs are not admission to the event.

How Group Sessions Work
- Find the Group letter on your photo op or autograph (Group A, B, etc.), then match that Group on the 2026 Spacecon Schedule.
- Each group is a 20ā30 minute session.
- Example: āTom Hiddleston Standard Autograph | FRI | Group Aā ā Group A starts at 1:00 PM on Friday, June 12th.
Schedule Conflicts
If two tickets overlap, use the SWAP button in your confirmation page.
