Cosplay Prop Check

• Located at the Security Tent near Registration.
• All props must be inspected and tagged.
• See Cosplay Guidelines for allowed materials.
• Visit the Conculture Podcast Booth L108 to enter the Cosplay Contest.

Badges & Wristbands

• Every guest must present a badge and wristband for entry.
• Have your QR code ready for fast check-in.

• VIP entry is 15-30 minutes early each day.
• Look for VIP check-in lines at registration.

VIP swag bag vouchers can be redeemed in the VIP Lounge (Expo Hall 2).

• The Freeman Coliseum is fully ADA-compliant.
• Guests with accessibility needs may request an ADA wristband at Registration in Expo Hall 2 or the Information desk in Expo Hall 1.
• This optional wristband allows entry through VIP or priority lines for photo ops, autographs, and theater seating.
• One companion may accompany each ADA guest through these lines.
• Accessible parking in Lot 9.
